Key Responsibilities:
  • Material Handling: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transfer materials and products.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Cycle Counts: Participate in regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, and reporting any concerns or incidents to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of warehouse experience, preferably with forklift operation and inventory management.
  • Skills: Effective communication, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and forklift certification required within 30 days of hire.
