Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist to assist in a variety of HR functions, including talent acquisition, benefits management, employee relations, training initiatives, compliance with HR regulations, and more.

Skills Required:

Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Familiarity with employment law, HR best practices, and HR information systems is required. Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are necessary.

Work Environment:

This role is situated in an office and light manufacturing setting. The candidate must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and may occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Adherence to safety protocols, including the use of safety glasses, hearing protection, and appropriate footwear, is mandatory in manufacturing areas.
