Job Overview

As a key member of our team at Staffing Logistics, the Onsite Recruiter plays a critical role in guiding clients through their staffing needs. This dynamic professional will work closely with customers to understand their operational requirements and provide tailored solutions to ensure seamless talent acquisition and management.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of labor and employment laws. Additionally, they should have experience in onsite supervision, staffing, or operation experience in logistics with a recruiting background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work onsite at customer facilities as a liaison to manage temporary associates, report daily attendance, and maintain employee files.
  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees while implementing company policies, attendance, and safety programs.
  • Provide effective training to new employees, ensuring they understand customer processes and can perform their roles efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain solid working relationships with customer departments and managers by conducting regular floor walks and analyzing staffing trends.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in onsite supervision, staffing, or operations in logistics with a recruiting background.
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws and ability to build rapport with all employees and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
