Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team at JOANN Stores. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores are stocked with the right products at the right time, while also providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate counting and processing of merchandise
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, including unloading trucks and organizing merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-centric environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods
