Fraser seeks dedicated and empathetic individuals who aspire to empower children to flourish and genuinely impact the lives of families. As a Child Behavior Specialist, you will work one-on-one with children aged 2-7 in a therapeutic environment, focusing on engaging activities that foster skill development and social awareness. Your role will involve assisting clients in enhancing their independence, skill acquisition, self-care, safety, sensory processing, and communication abilities.
What Fraser Provides:
- Competitive Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.12, based on experience and education.
- Work Schedule: Clinical hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no evening or weekend shifts.
- Training Opportunities: No prior experience? No worries The initial two weeks of employment are dedicated to comprehensive training at full pay and full-time hours.
- Certification Support: All expenses covered for obtaining your RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification.
- Comprehensive Benefits: A $350 hiring bonus for external new hires. Benefits are available for full-time employees working 30 hours or more, including 5 weeks of PTO, 403b, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, among others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with a child aged 2-7 in a therapeutic setting to implement and monitor progress on therapeutic goals electronically.
- Support clients in enhancing their independence, skill development, self-care, safety, sensory processing, communication, and other vital areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field such as psychology, sociology, or child development OR 4,000 supervised hours of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, mental health issues, or emotional disturbances.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with special needs and a commitment to making a positive difference in their lives.
- Experience with preschool-aged children, children with diverse needs, autism, or mental health diagnoses is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a DHS background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dedication to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion, with a focus on culturally responsive practices and self-reflection.
