Position Overview:

As a prominent medications re-packager and wholesale distributor, we are enhancing our internal IT frameworks to bridge the gap between our business operations and technology. This role is primarily remote, with a requirement for monthly travel across the United States to various sites, necessitating flexibility for both flying and driving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining user hardware and software systems, along with site server infrastructure.
- Establishing and configuring networking equipment for facilities.
- Collaborating with managed service providers and internet service vendors to enhance branch office capabilities.
- Addressing and resolving user-submitted support tickets while identifying trends for process improvement.
- Engaging with users and management to propose enhancements for IT solutions.
- Documenting network configurations, facility layouts, and troubleshooting guides in collaboration with support teams.
- Identifying and recommending third-party training resources beneficial to the organization.
- Managing access and configurations for Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange and SharePoint.
- Assisting with various infrastructure projects as needed.
- Overseeing cloud and on-premises environments, with a foundational understanding of network design.
- Implementing robust network security measures and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in system administration is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in network infrastructure is preferred.
- Familiarity with CompTIA Network+/A+ certifications is advantageous but not mandatory.
