Position Overview
The Accounting Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of responsibility within the organization by effectively managing financial risks.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee and coordinate all facets of daily financial operations within the hotel. Your duties will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the Director of Finance to ensure seamless accounting functions.
  • Executing all general ledger, bank, treasury, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Preparing comprehensive balance sheet analyses, month-end closings, and daily labor reports.
  • Processing monthly shared labor and intercompany invoices efficiently.
  • Distributing monthly purchase order checkbooks and facilitating monthly reviews with department heads.
  • Utilizing available resources to enhance accounts receivable turnover, accelerate collection periods, and minimize outstanding balances.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong mathematical and accounting skills, along with relevant audit capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets; knowledge of Excel is advantageous.
