Job Summary

Community Health Centers of Burlington is seeking a Medical Assistant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our medical assistant staff. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage projects and facilitate group meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor medical assistants to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage day-to-day staffing and personnel issues, including recruitment and performance management
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and community partners
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical ambulatory setting, with demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
