Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Assistant to join our team as a Lead Medical Assistant. This role will provide clinical and administrative support to our healthcare team, while also assisting with the supervision and training of Medical Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily activities of a clinical site, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
  • Provide clerical and clinical healthcare support to patients and families under the direction of a provider.
  • Assist the supervisor in assigning duties, training, and performance evaluations of Medical Assistants I & II.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in a relevant area preferred.
  • Two years of experience providing or assisting in direct patient care required.
  • CPR certification required; BLS CPR trainer certification preferred.
