Position Overview

The Integration Architect will be responsible for crafting robust and reusable integration solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. This role emphasizes best practices in both development and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Formulate comprehensive plans for large-scale, fault-tolerant integration solutions.
  2. Create management tools for system oversight.
  3. Establish processes and best practices for code governance.
  4. Ensure adherence to governance standards.
  5. Develop testing procedures as part of governance frameworks.
  6. Enhance the capabilities of the architecture team by guiding solution delivery, addressing technical inquiries from junior team members, and mentoring.
  7. Conduct user requirement analysis by investigating user needs, preferences, and operational methods.
  8. Validate information delivery through the development of test plans, traffic pattern evaluation, and user feedback analysis.
  9. Strengthen the organization’s reputation by taking ownership of new initiatives and exploring opportunities for added value.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline related to Information Technology, such as mathematics, engineering, computer science, or information systems. A master’s degree is preferred.

Required experience includes:

  • A minimum of 5 years in professional technical roles related to software development, systems design, or networking.
  • At least 4 years in a senior technical capacity, such as technical lead or architect.
  • 5 years of direct customer engagement experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with webMethods Integration Server.
  • Familiarity with webMethods IS versions 6.0 through 9.6.
  • 2+ years in webMethods IS Administration and Development.
  • Experience managing large-scale upgrade projects involving both IS and Broker.
  • Strong local and remote team management skills.
  • Project management experience using tools like MS Project.

Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in English is essential, with a strong emphasis on communication abilities.

Additional Information

This position requires a US Citizen willing to travel internationally. The role offers a competitive compensation package, including a weekly travel bonus and attractive tax incentives for expatriate work.
