Job Summary

The Shift Leader is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and training to improve employee skills and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and service, including food safety and cleanliness
  • Manage cash handling and inventory control procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
