Border Foods LLC is seeking a skilled Shift Lead to join our team. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant, building a strong team, and consistently providing customers with great food and a friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reinforce the Border Foods CORE values: Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.
  • Ensure a quality customer experience by driving fast and friendly service.
  • Monitor the performance of each Team Member and hold them accountable for standards and expectations.
  • Provide a restaurant that is a safe place for team members to work and customers to visit.
  • Represent Border Foods in handling customer complaints and/or issues.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
