Job Summary

The Night Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of all functions involved in the planning, warehousing, and control of materials, from the development of forecasted replenishment needs to the delivery of products to customers. This includes maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to procurement, participating in existing and new product planning processes, and executing special projects in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the activities of all functions involved in the planning, warehousing, and control of materials.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to procurement.
  • Participate in existing and new product planning processes.
  • Execute special projects in a timely manner.
  • Assist with establishing annual goals and objectives, in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Hire candidates, coach, and mentor effectively, and build strong teams.
  • Collaborate easily with all levels of the organization and serve as a member of the organization's Executive Management Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university)
  • Minimum five years related experience in a high-level management position with P&L responsibility
  • Produce and/or food distribution experience required, working knowledge of USDA & FDA compliance
