Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training and support for custom hardware and software solutions in both domestic and international settings, focusing on Windows 10/11 OS and peripheral device management.
  • Work autonomously and as part of small teams to assist with various software and systems-related tasks.
  • Conduct training sessions in diverse formats including one-on-one, small group, large group, virtual, and ad hoc.
  • Create, organize, and present technical training materials tailored to the needs of clients and company personnel.
  • Collaborate with customers and functional teams to define training content and objectives.
  • Develop training plans based on onsite database and workflow assessments.
  • Document issues clearly and follow established processes.
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date with current product features.
  • Provide regular status updates to management and clients during training activities.
  • Fulfill all reporting requirements promptly.
  • Offer support during workstation deployments.
  • Be available for after-hours and weekend support as necessary for training tasks.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Showcase critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Proven experience in delivering software application training in various settings.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and effective decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Productivity applications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, education, business administration, or management information sciences. Relevant work experience or industry certifications may substitute for educational qualifications.
  • Experience in training end users on complex hardware and software solutions is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of one or more technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+, CTT+, Microsoft Certified Trainer).
  • Experience with remote training tools such as MS Teams and Cisco Webex.
  • Familiarity with international travel requirements including visas and medical documentation is advantageous.

Security Clearance:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
  • A current and active Secret clearance is highly preferred.
