Banquet Bartender

The Banquet Bartender will be responsible for setting up and stocking banquet bars with necessary supplies, receiving and fulfilling beverage orders, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and stock banquet bars with necessary supplies, including glassware, ice, liquor, soft drinks, and mixes.
Receive and fulfill beverage orders from customers and cocktail servers, using memorized standard beverage recipes.
Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, including removing used glasses, napkins, and ashtrays, and wiping the bar top.
Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Prepare written requisitions and orders for bar stock, and maintain and replenish ice supply.
Break down banquet bar and return unused product to proper storage location.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and certifications.
