We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Cynet Health in Laredo, TX.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Computed Tomography (CT) and radiographic equipment, analyzing body habitus to adjust technical factors, and reviewing physician's orders to produce high-quality radiographs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT and radiographic equipment and processors to produce high-quality images.
  • Analyze body habitus to correctly adjust technical factors and position the body for optimal imaging.
  • Review physician's orders and obtain pertinent clinical data to produce accurate and high-quality radiographs.
  • Reduce unnecessary radiation exposure to patients and self by following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Assist physicians during procedures, including room preparation, managing supplies, and handling contrast reactions and codes.
  • Schedule and complete exams accurately, including entering correct charge codes.
  • Work well in a night shift position, with availability from Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, 11 PM to 7 AM.
Requirements:
  • Active state license with Fluoroscopy required.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a registered radiology technologist; CT tech experience required.
  • Possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology.
  • Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, is required.
