Job Title: Family Entertainment Center Team Member

Crown Sports Center is seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Family Entertainment Center Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our entertainment center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of the entertainment center, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons.
  • Oversee the use of entertainment equipment, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols are followed.
  • Communicate effectively with patrons, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and associated hardware.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced working environment with intermittent noise.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
