Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure the grounds are well-maintained, including mowing, trimming, and weeding.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
  • Assist with moves, including disassembling and reassembling cubicles, offices, and equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on company vehicles.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and fabrication.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
