Role Summary:

Core Responsibilities:

  1. HR Strategy Formulation:
    • Evaluate current HR methodologies and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
    • Create and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and improve employee satisfaction.
  2. Policy and Procedure Oversight:
    • Review and revise employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  3. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
    • Advise on recruitment strategies and best practices.
    • Assist in drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and developing effective onboarding processes.
  4. Employee Relations Management:
    • Provide counsel on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced degree or HR certification is advantageous.
