**Job Summary:**
The Service Booker is a key member of the Warren Henry Automotive Group team, responsible for ensuring seamless repair order management and exceptional customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Repair Order Management:**
- Review and verify repair orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Return improperly completed repairs to the technician for correction and/or completion as necessary.
- Enter labor operation codes, failure codes, parts stamps, and other administrative data onto repair orders.
- **Customer Service:**
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Work alongside the Warranty Administrator to check repair orders against vehicle service history to avoid duplicate claims and technician overpayment.
- **Administrative Support:**
- Assist Service Advisors with closing open warranty repair orders.
- Assist management with special projects, audits, reports, and other tasks as requested.
- **Counter Operations:**
- Maintain the counter display clean and orderly.
- Compute and record totals of transactions.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or minimum two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proper email and telephone etiquette.
- Intermediate level of competency using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish.
