Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet sales requirements by effectively merchandising and promoting products, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of store inventory and promotions.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing donations, sorting and pricing merchandise, and restocking shelves.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a thorough knowledge of cash handling procedures and policies.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with store staff and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Retail or thrift store experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
