Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. As a Staff RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical surgical unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
  • Function within the framework of the organization's policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
  • Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help coordinate patient care and provide holistic, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a nursing program.
  • New graduates of a nursing program eligible.
  • Advance certification in the field of specialty and nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
