Customer Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Mainenance of customer accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely payment collections.
- Engage with customers who have not renewed their lease agreements, providing personalized support and solutions.
- Collaborate with the Customer Account Manager to set and achieve revenue and renewal targets.
- Support the Sales Team as needed, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
- Age: Be at least 21 years old (Canada: 18 years old) with a valid driver's license and meet the Company's Driver Qualification Policy.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred; two years of retail/customer service experience also desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
