Key Responsibilities
  1. Mainenance of customer accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely payment collections.
  2. Engage with customers who have not renewed their lease agreements, providing personalized support and solutions.
  3. Collaborate with the Customer Account Manager to set and achieve revenue and renewal targets.
  4. Support the Sales Team as needed, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Age: Be at least 21 years old (Canada: 18 years old) with a valid driver's license and meet the Company's Driver Qualification Policy.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred; two years of retail/customer service experience also desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary range for this role is $12.25 to $13.00 per hour.
