POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests throughout their stay. The candidate will be tasked with cleaning various areas of the resort, including restrooms, lobby spaces, and hallways. Duties include dusting and cleaning light fixtures, artwork, mirrors, and other surfaces.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

No Valid Driver's License Required.
  • Ensures all assigned areas meet departmental and company standards by supporting the completion of tasks performed by their team members.
  • Maintains cleanliness of restrooms and ensures their appearance is upheld throughout the day.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of lobby areas within the resort.
  • Performs sweeping and mopping of floors as necessary. Empties trash bins from common areas and maintains cleanliness of ashtrays.
  • Polishes brass fixtures as required.
  • Greets and assists guests as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability on holidays and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
  • Detail-oriented, energetic, and capable of following specific instructions while meeting high physical demands.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as through relevant experience.
