Position Summary:

The role involves managing the logistics of shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the organization of spare parts within the stockroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive components from suppliers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Prepare and dispatch components back to suppliers with the necessary paperwork.
  • Handle the preparation and distribution of COMAT items.
  • Initiate and manage repair and purchase orders as required.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to promote efficiency.
  • Stock shelves appropriately and ensure parts are correctly labeled and stored.
  • Input data into the computerized inventory management system.
  • Execute tasks as directed by the stockroom supervisor.
