Job Summary

A Restoration Technician Lead is responsible for the daily service of mitigation assignments, as well as remediation assignments, new referrals, and existing customer and manager communications to accomplish their duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be available during scheduled on-duty hours to communicate with the Operations manager/Assistant OPS Manager
  • Maintain a company-issued vehicle, adhering to the Fleet Vehicle Handbook, SDS sheet, equipment, tools, consumables, and vehicle maintenance
  • Update daily files in the MICA app
  • Be available 24/7 when working on-call rotation
  • Communicate daily with customers, insurance personnel, and other team members
  • Maintain good time management with handling existing/new assignments
  • Listen and follow safety protocols, wearing proper PPE
  • Read and understand a mold remediation estimate to start new assignments
Qualifications
  • Restoration (mitigation, remediation, construction) experience is a plus
  • Experience working with insurance claims is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel in times of need
  • CAT situations
  • Ability to help other areas
  • Knowledge of iPad features
  • Ability to listen and follow directions
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment/contents
  • IICRC Certifications (WRT/ASD) are a plus
