About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Concrete Project Manager to join our team at ARCO. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for the managerial and administrative aspects of a project, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate with the construction team to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule adherence.
  • Conduct progress meetings with the construction team and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure design intent is met and construction is completed to the required standards.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact the project.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • 3+ years project management and/or field engineering/concrete experience.
  • Experience running ground-up warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and/or lab/pharma facilities highly preferred.
