Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team at On The Green. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality pest control services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treat customer properties for pest, termite, and rodent problems, ensuring a safe and effective solution.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional manner, providing clear explanations of services and solutions.
  • Recommend and implement environmentally responsible pest control solutions, prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Drive a company vehicle, maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and meet customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in pest control or a related field, preferably with route management experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
  • Flexibility to work Saturday hours as needed to meet production goals.
