Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and diverse Construction Management Interns to join our Summer 2025 internship program. As a Construction Management Intern, you will work under the supervision of experienced Project Managers and Team Leaders, collaborating with engineers, scientists, and technologists to deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities
  • Support civil engineer design tasks, including sheet setup, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management strategies, site layout and grading, and utility design and profiling.
  • Assist in the preparation of civil construction drawings.
  • Utilize industry-leading software, including Civil-3D, HydroCAD, Microstation, PondPack, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, CAD, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Honest, fun, hard-working, and ready to learn and grow.

Compensation

In accordance with local law, the salary range for this position is $23.00 per hour.
