Position Overview:

The Consumer Loan Processing Specialist is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications within the lending department. This role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Consumer Loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls in accordance with departmental guidelines and objectives.
  • Respond to requests for missing information or documentation from offshore and nearshore teams.
  • Initiate outbound calls to Members and Dealers to gather necessary information.
  • Conduct follow-ups on unsuccessful calls following established protocols.
  • Process Business Process Service work items as per the defined tasks and service levels.
  • Ensure timely completion of cases while adhering to quality metrics.
  • Foster and maintain effective working relationships with onshore and offshore clients, as well as Supplier teams, to achieve optimal outcomes.

This role is essential in delivering high-quality service and maintaining operational efficiency within the Consumer Loans sector.
