Permit Expeditor Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing permit applications.
  • This includes permit renewals and extensions, tracking and management, and preparing updates.
  • The ideal candidate will also process payments and applications at different jurisdictions.
  • Additionally, they will review online permit tracking systems and prepare draft applications based on building plans.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
  • The candidate should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as experience with permitting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer software is essential.

Salary Information

Our competitive salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year. This amount may vary based on location and qualifications.
