Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional, patient-focused care and manage operations during assigned shifts.
  • Engage in evaluating and improving the quality of patient care in collaboration with the management team.
  • Encourage teamwork to enhance patient outcomes and service excellence.
  • Adopt a patient-centered philosophy and participate in service recovery as necessary.

Required Qualifications
  • Possession of necessary certifications within designated timeframes.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Licensure as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Registered Nurse.
