CVS Health is seeking a Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing information, and complete inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
  • Support opening and closing store activities, including setting up and breaking down displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy to support growth and career development.
  • Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
Requirements:
  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Physical ability to remain upright on the feet for sustained periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
Education:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Compensation:

The typical pay range for this role is $22.00 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
