Job Title: Digital and Print Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Print Graphic Designer to join our team at Scion Staffing. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate brand messages across various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials, including infographics, fact sheets, web pages, flyers, advertisements, email announcements, reports, toolkits, logos, presentations, and charts.
  • Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and execute designs that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and innovations in graphic design, particularly in digital-first approaches within public health, and share insights and ideas with the Communications Department and colleagues.
  • Approach all interactions with a focus on customer service and adherence to best practices, ensuring that the needs of those requesting materials are met while also providing insights and suggestions for design work that effectively supports their objectives.
  • Create templates and customizable materials that can be utilized by a diverse group of staff members, regardless of their design expertise.
Requirements:
  • Five years of full-time experience as a graphic designer for both digital and print preferred.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation to remain actively engaged in projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong design sensibility paired with a comprehensive understanding of outstanding graphic design, rooted in fundamental principles like readability, accessibility, and user engagement.
  • Capable of effectively receiving guidance from a diverse group of staff members and managing multiple projects of differing complexity.
