Key Responsibilities- Assist healthcare providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
- Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical histories and test results
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or current certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in outpatient pediatric practice or equivalent family practice outpatient preferred
- Current BLS Certification required
- National certification preferred
