Job Title: Cybersecurity Task Lead

Job Summary:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Task Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing leading-edge analytical and technical methodologies, tools, and policies/standards to ensure a cyber-secure environment for customer organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops, and implements leading-edge analytical and technical methodologies, tools, and policies/standards to ensure a cyber-secure environment for customer organizations.
  • Manages security measures that include intrusion detection and prevention, software and system security protection through application of secure design protocols and reverse engineering, and data assurance.
  • Manages program and project implementation and makes significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience or experience in lieu of.
  • Minimum of five years of experience leading DoD and IC risk management activities including implementation of DoD and IC RMFs.
  • Minimum of five years of experience leading CS teams in an Enterprise IT environment.
  • Minimum of two years of experience with CS efforts related to wireless systems.
  • Minimum of three years of experience implementing corrections actions, bug fixes, implementing patches or other remediation activity.
  • Minimum of three years of experience developing, implementing, and actioning POA&M.
  • Knowledge of providing executive-level technical briefings and presentations to senior Government personnel.
  • One DoDI Level III certification (in any category as it relates to the PWS areas of responsibility for this Key Personnel position).
  • Must have current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Desired Skills:

  • One or more CS related technology certifications or related technical training.
  • Minimum of two years of experience relating to CS for Cloud or Hybrid Cloud environment.
  • One or more ITIL certifications.
