About You:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes adhere to stringent quality benchmarks. Your primary responsibilities will include executing quality control assessments, conducting inspections, and performing tests throughout various stages of production. You will meticulously examine materials, components, and finished products, documenting your findings and providing insights for process enhancements.

Qualifications:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is essential.

Preferred experience of 2+ years in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting.

Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Uphold Saft's quality standards.

Address supplier non-conformities and provide 8D responses.

Adhere to established quality work instructions.

Guide production teams on quality-related issues, including managing defective products and procedures.

Conduct and coordinate incoming inspections for ESS.

Support the management of the quarantine area (MRB).

Provide training and mentorship to production personnel on handling non-conforming products.

Carry out in-process quality checks.
