Key Responsibilities
- Litigation: Conduct all aspects of litigation, including legal research and analysis, drafting complaints and briefs, discovery, motion practice, and handling trials and appeals.
- Client Relationships: Maintain client relationships and engage in compliance work for clients, advising on compliance with governing legal requirements.
- Public Representation: Represent the Center at public events, conferences, and coalition meetings.
- Collaboration: Work with the Communications and Development teams to provide support and information as needed.
This is an exempt position with a salary range of $116,000 - $135,000 per annum, depending on experience.
