Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Total Care Therapy. As a COTA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality occupational therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform treatment visits and communicate with supervising therapists regarding patient progress.
  • Travel to facilities or residential locations to complete patient evaluations.
  • Provide occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment, and program planning.
  • Follow the plan of care set by the therapist and complete subsequent follow-up visits.
  • Identify indications for evaluations of clients at appropriate intervals under the direction of the Occupational Therapist.
  • Maintain a weekly caseload of 27-32 visits (full-time).
  • Utilize a universal electronic documentation system.
  • Maintain positive relationships and rapport with coworkers, supervisors, clients, family members, community personnel, and administration.
