Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct general activity programs and supportive or maintenance programs under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Communicate effectively with other personnel regarding patient treatment programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments given and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Work collaboratively with the Occupational Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • COTA licensure in the state of Indiana (or eligible to apply).
  • Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including overtime.
