About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at George J. Igel & Co., Inc.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately creating and managing invoices for internal customers related to small tools and materials, as well as assigning job codes to invoices to ensure materials are billed to appropriate jobs.

You will also maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring data is readily available for job costing and inventory tracking in software systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately create and manage invoices for internal customers;
  • Assign job codes to invoices to ensure accurate billing;
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions;
  • Create reports for various departments as needed;
  • Assist with picking and packing orders;
Requirements
  • One year of experience with inventory and data tracking software preferred;
  • One year of warehousing or distribution experience preferred;
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening;
  • Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets the Company's eligibility criteria.
Compensation

$18-$24 hourly, dependent on experience and qualifications.
