Job Summary

Cortica is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assume a leadership role in our clinical team. As an ABA Supervisor, you will oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs for patients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Treatment in our clinics and in-home settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Program Development: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement evidence-based ABA programs for children with neurodevelopmental differences.
  • Team Oversight: Provide guidance, support, and supervision to Behavior Interventionists and other team members to ensure high-quality clinical care.
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive assessment and treatment plans in accordance with Cortica's clinical model, BACB, and insurance guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that clinical programs meet or exceed productivity expectations and maintain high standards of quality care.
  • Supervision and Training: Provide regular supervision and training to Behavior Interventionists, including monthly supervision sessions and completion of required paperwork.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to inform treatment decisions and prepare progress reports for clients and families.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a Human Services or related field.
  • Licensure and Certification: Current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within your clinical domain.
  • Experience: Working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.
Benefits
  • Competitive Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.
  • Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually.
  • Bonus Structure: Eligible for a $5,000 bonus (two equal payments of $2,500) and additional earnings for billable hours above productivity expectations.
  • Flexible Work Schedule: Autonomy and flexibility with your schedule, including weekends not required.
