Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Director to lead our Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine Institute. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospital department outpatient clinic operations, preferably in a wound care setting, and a proven track record of building a strong referral base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day management and operations of the Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine Institute
  • Manage staffing, training, and act as liaison with physicians, hospital personnel, and departments
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial success and excellent patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Leadership Team and designated hospital leadership to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Extensive experience in hospital department outpatient clinic operations, preferably in a wound care setting
  • Proven track record of building a strong referral base
  • Goal-oriented and experienced in understanding hospital systems, leadership roles, and financial success
  • Ability to treat customers and co-workers with respect and dignity, aligning behavior with customer service principles
  • Must complete and pass required medical screening, background checking, and drug test
