We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide exceptional care to our clients. In this role, you will work closely with patients, adhering to personalized care plans in their residences.
Your compassionate nature will shine through as you deliver individualized attention and foster meaningful connections with those you assist. You will be meticulous, well-organized, and focused on creating a nurturing atmosphere that caters to the needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support patients with daily living activities, including mobility assistance in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or vehicles.
  • Attend to patients' needs by changing bed linens, managing laundry, maintaining cleanliness, and providing personal care assistance.
  • Document patient care, conditions, progress, or concerns to communicate effectively with supervisors.
  • Establish rapport with patients through conversation or reading to promote mental well-being and alertness.
  • Provide reminders for medication schedules.
  • Encourage patients to participate in exercises or other engaging activities.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide training program.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
