Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to provide exceptional customer service and deliver memorable experiences to guests at Hudson's Bar & Grill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review banquet event orders and ensure a smooth execution of daily functions.
  • Offer professional, engaging, and friendly service to guests.
  • Complete side work and related cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Prepare banquet rooms for assigned functions and ensure all necessary equipment is in proper working order.
  • Deliver and refresh coffee stations, serve meals, and perform opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of food and beverage items and ensure all doors and equipment are locked securely.
  • Display knowledge of basic bar terminology and wine service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possession of government required licenses or certificates.
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality food service techniques and standards.
  • Exceptional guest service skills and ability to work well under pressure.
