Job Title: Telework Healthcare Benefits Enrollment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telework Healthcare Benefits Enrollment Specialist to join our team at 1st Choice, LLC. As a Telework Healthcare Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, recording consistent problem areas, and using a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, recording consistent problem areas.
  • May respond to e-mail inquiries.
  • Use a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal and external contacts.
  • Answer incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and those assisting enrollees.
  • Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.
  • Complete associated tasks according to established guidelines.

Requirements:

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months- 2 years of relevant call center experience; Healthcare Affordable Care Act experience;

Work Environment: 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Work Schedule: 8:30 AM-5:00pm EST, M-F
