We are now seeking an experienced Email List Management Professional to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients and help shape the future of email communications.

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, renewing maintenance and support agreements, handling sales administration, and driving customer satisfaction and growth through digital interactions. You will also be involved in new business development, conducting proactive outreach to identify and engage potential customers, and managing and prioritizing a pipeline of sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have more than one year of sales experience, preferably in the IT services industry. They will possess strong prospecting, discovery, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, is essential for this role. The candidate should also be a collaborative team player with a track record of achieving sales targets and be tech-savvy with a passion for innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customer relationships and maintain strong relationships with purchasing contacts
- Renew maintenance and support agreements, handle sales administration, and drive customer satisfaction and growth through digital interactions
- Conduct proactive outreach to identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of progress
- Enter client data and other sales-related information into company databases, ensuring data accuracy and contact updates

Requirements:
- More than one year of sales experience, preferably in the IT services industry
- Strong prospecting, discovery, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborative team player with a track record of achieving sales targets
