Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Warden's Office Representative. This role will involve providing administrative support to the Warden's office, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Warden's office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with the coordination of events and meetings, including scheduling, catering, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including personnel records, incident reports, and facility maintenance records.
  • Provide customer service to visitors, inmates, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective delivery of services and programs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience in a related field, such as customer service, administrative support, or law enforcement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a correctional facility or law enforcement agency.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
