We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our properties.

Job Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Inspect and verify the quality of cleaning services provided by housekeeping staff">
  • Run sold room reports and verify room status to ensure accurate reporting">
  • Determine discrepant rooms and prioritize room cleaning accordingly">
  • Update departing guests' room status and prepare changes in room assignments">
  • Document and resolve issues related to discrepant rooms with the Front Desk">
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping management, engineering, front office, and laundry teams to coordinate efforts">
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity">
  • At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping operations or a similar field">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education level">
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills">
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations">

Compensation and Benefits
