We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Front Office Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading our front office operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Salary Range: $98,000 - $130,000 annually

About the Role

The Luxury Front Office Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of our front office, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving revenue growth.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Front Office Team: Manage and motivate a team of front office staff to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure that all front office areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Manage Staff: Supervise and train front office staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Improve Guest Experiences: Continuously seek opportunities to improve guest experiences and exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes to drive business growth and improve guest experiences.
